Before the Day of Pickup
The more organized you are before your junk removal appointment, the faster the job goes — and the lower your bill, since we price by volume and speed matters for everyone.
1. Decide what's going and what's staying. Walk through your space and mark or separate items designated for removal. 2. Empty drawers and cabinets if the furniture is going. Leave items inside and we'll remove them, but empty furniture loads faster. 3. Separate items that might be donated from those that are trash. Let us know and we'll sort accordingly. 4. Disconnect appliances. Unplug refrigerators 24 hours in advance to let them defrost. Disconnect washers from water lines. 5. Clear a path. Make sure there's a clear route from the items to the front door or backyard gate.
Day of the Appointment
On the day of your junk removal appointment:
- Have a responsible adult present who can authorize what gets removed - Park vehicles away from the driveway so our truck can get close - Point out everything that's going at the start of the walkthrough — don't leave it ambiguous - Ask about pricing before we start if you have any questions - Secure pets — our crew will be moving in and out frequently

Everything else — furniture, appliances, electronics, mattresses, construction debris, yard waste, boxes — we take it all.
After the Crew Leaves
